Milestone Environmental is on the lookout for an experienced Site Superintendent in British Columbia. Manage site activities while ensuring safety and quality standards across all projects.

As a Site Superintendent, you will be integral to our project's success by ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Your background in civil and environmental construction will be key to addressing challenges and driving project excellence. Collaboration with team members and effective communication are vital for achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep training consistent with MECI programs
• Ensure effective communication with safety departments
• Understand project scopes and control estimates




• Develop site-specific work plans with team input
• Provide daily updates and maintain project schedules

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role
• Degree or diploma in engineering or relevant field
• Experience with Indigenous partnerships preferred
• Robust planning and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive outdoors in various weather conditions
