Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ID and OD grinding on large components
• Lead communication on process priorities between shifts
• Follow safety procedures and engage in training initiatives
• Use cranes to assist in part handling and movement
• Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus 3-5 years machining experience
• Experienced in lathe, turning, and grinding techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements
• Certification of Qualification is an asset
