This position involves reporting to the asset manager and optimizing the performance, safety, and reliability of production assets at Aquatera. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies, using CMMS and leading-edge technologies to ensure operational excellence in our environmental services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a strong safety culture through audits
• Implement best practices for operational reliability
• Oversee reliability analytics and performance indicators
• Perform root cause failure analysis for continuous improvement
• Develop and enhance maintenance strategies with RCM
Requirements:
• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or related)
• Minimum three years of reliability engineering experience
• Familiarity with CMMS applications
• Proven success in RCFA methodologies
• Solid collaboration and communication skills
