In this full time, onsite position, you will prepare RFPs and EOIs, collaborating closely with various teams to develop high-quality proposals and marketing content. This role emphasizes attention to detail in writing and formatting to ensure optimal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of proposal submissions from inception to completion
• Write and format professional proposals using Adobe InDesign
• Conduct client requirement reviews and develop schedules
• Monitor websites for new procurement opportunities
• Support corporate branding and marketing initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal coordination
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
