As part of the Retail Education & Training team, you will focus on developing eLearning content and training documentation. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will create resources that improve learner interactions and retention. An emphasis on quality and user support underlines your role in enhancing dealer training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging eLearning content using sound instructional design
• Write and edit training manuals and reference materials
• Manage user support and contribute to training webinars




• Collaborate to fulfill documentation requirements across teams
• Ensure high-quality content creation and marketing materials

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Design or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and eLearning
• Robust analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Articulate, Word, and PowerPoint
• Retail background or bilingualism is advantageous
