We’relooking for an IT & Business Systems Specialist to support a growingmechanical and building services organizationin getting the most out of its technology. This role combinesIT support, business applications, systems optimization, automation, and emerging technology.

You’llwork closely with employees across the organization to troubleshoot technical issues, support critical business systems, andidentifypractical ways to improve workflows, connect systems, and make day-to-day operations more effective.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-oninternal IT support, including hardware, software, connectivity, user access, and account issues

Administer and supportGoogle Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and user access

Support and become a subject matter expert on the organization's corebusiness applications and SaaS platforms





Work with employees to understand system challenges andidentifyopportunities to improve functionality, configuration, and adoption

Support the implementation of new software, system enhancements, and technology solutions

Identifyopportunities to connect systems, improve information flow, and reduce manual processes

Build or configureworkflow automations and integrationsusing available tools and platforms

Explore and implement practicalAI solutionsthat improve productivity and reduce administrative work

Work with teams across the organization to translate business needs into practical technology solutions

Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners when specialized support isrequired

Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experiencein IT support, systems support, business applications, or a similar hands-on technology role

Hands-on experience providinginternal IT support

Experience supportingSaaS applications and business systems

Experience withGoogle Workspace

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software and technology

Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of issues through implementation

Strong communicationskills with both technical and non-technical employees





A curious, practical, and operational mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with workflow automation platforms such asZapier, Make, or similar tools

Experience withAPIs, integrations, or webhooks

Exposure toAI tools, automation, or AI agents

Experience supporting project management, accounting, field service, construction, or other industry-specific software

Experience with SaaS implementation or application administration

Basic scripting or technical development experience

Experience working with technology vendors and software providers

Experience working in asmall or mid-sized organizationwhereyou'vehad broad technical responsibilities

Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000
