Key Responsibilities:
• Define workforce strategies with leadership teams
• Lead talent management and performance initiatives
• Identify and build internal talent pipelines
• Determine development priorities to close capability gaps
• Coach managers on team performance and engagement

Requirements:
• 8+ years of HR experience in corporate settings
• Solid partnership with functional leaders
• Experience in learning and organizational development
• Bilingual (French/English preferred)
• Preferred qualifications include CHRP/CHRL
