As the Lead Manager of Flight Crew Training, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of training programs for pilots and cabin crew. This role mandates a commitment to safety, requiring adherence to regulations and continual improvement practices. You will help facilitate training, enhance CRM training for crews, and conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update the Flight Training Manual




• Ensure safety reporting and adherence to Canadian North policies
• Assist in developing corrective action plans
• Conduct workplace inspections as needed
• Coordinate training assignments through travel requirements

Requirements:
• ATPL or comparable aviation certification
• At least two years of training experience
• In-depth knowledge of CARS and CASS
• Exceptional public speaking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
