As part of the Reclamation and Construction team, you will oversee complex reclamation efforts, ensuring technical quality and compliance. Your leadership will guide project execution, mentor junior professionals, and ensure deliverables meet rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments and develop technical strategies for projects
• Provide mentorship and technical support to project teams
• Review reports, regulatory submissions,



and ensure compliance
• Identify regulatory issues and propose effective plans
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with reclamation focus
• Minimum ten years of experience in site assessments
• Knowledge of BC Contaminated Sites Regulation
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Solid analytical and mentoring skills
