As a senior state program administrator, your main role involves managing the records required for post-adoption searches, working collaboratively with multiple agencies. You'll use your expertise to communicate effectively and manage policies that impact adoption-related record requests. Building relationships with stakeholders is key to ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of post-adoption search records
• Develop effective communication and resource management strategies




• Engage in quality assessments for service improvements
• Carry out additional assigned duties to enhance service provision

Requirements:
• Two years of professional experience in relevant fields
• In-depth understanding of adoption service regulations
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in collaborative program management
• Relevant degree may substitute for experience
