With over 5 years of experience and your Professional Accounting Designation, you will handle complex financial tasks and support project managers throughout the process. Your ability to multi-task will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze monthly and quarterly project budgets
• Prepare loan draw packages for financial monitoring
• Review journal entries and reconcile balance sheets




• Collaborate with project teams on financial details
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support audit preparations

Requirements:
• 5+ years in an accounting role
• Skilled Accounting Designation required
• Real estate development accounting experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Yardi experience an asset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
