In this 18-month maternity leave coverage position, your responsibilities will include managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and driving engagement initiatives. You must bring 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration, demonstrating keen organization and professionalism in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee performance reviews and documentation
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee HR systems
• Assist in onboarding and recruitment activities
• Support internal employee recognition and celebrations
• Contribute to employee engagement and feedback initiatives

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR
• Detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passionate about building positive employee relationships
