BGC Okanagan seeks an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join its collaborative team. This full-time role involves strategic HR support for leaders and employees, focusing on the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. Successful candidates will bring strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and priorities
• Advise on employee relations and performance management issues
• Conduct workplace reviews and investigations




• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Maintain accurate HRMS records and support HR processes

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, advising on employee matters
• Experience in a unionized workplace
• Knowledge of BC employment and health legislation
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
