In this pivotal position, you’ll manage functions such as materiel planning, control, and distribution at our growing facility. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating recruitment, training, and discipline among your team of 4-6 employees. You will also ensure compliance with Canada's Controlled Goods Program and rigorously adhere to Military Specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations
• Ensure compliance with ISO and ITAR regulations
• Implement MRP/ERP systems for effective material management




• Partner with compliance teams for sensitive materials

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of supply chain management experience
• Active Level II - Secret Government of Canada Security Clearance
• Understanding of import/export controls and MRP systems
• Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP and data analysis
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting
