In this role, you will apply your 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience to elevate client experiences. Your tasks will include implementing platform enhancements, configuring workflows, and integrating third-party solutions through REST/SOAP APIs. You will also troubleshoot issues and document technical specifications effectively to support ongoing system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Customize workflows and business rules for performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve technical solutions
• Conduct integrations using REST/SOAP as needed
• Perform troubleshooting on ServiceNow applications and modules
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer preferred
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and teamwork skills
