Elevate your career as a Yardi ERP/Business Applications Analyst in a prominent Canadian commercial real estate company on a hybrid work model. This role focuses on enhancing financial applications and processes to support business objectives.

As part of a thriving Business Applications team for a 12-month contract, you'll support and optimize the Yardi platform in collaboration with Finance and IT. This includes resolving application issues, maintaining data integrity, and developing SQL reporting solutions to drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage functional support for the Yardi ERP platform
• Configure and enhance Yardi modules including PayScan
• Collaborate to strengthen financial controls and reporting




• Develop SQL queries to meet operational reporting needs
• Administer user access and oversee periodic reviews

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role or similar
• In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and compliance
• Proficient in SQL for reporting and data extracts
• Skilled in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
