Drive the evolution of legal professional training at McCarthy Tétrault as the Learning & Development Manager. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal.

You will have at least 5 years of experience creating effective skilled education programs. In this role, you will design innovative training for lawyers from student to partner levels, including AI-driven educational initiatives. Collaborate with firm leaders to continuously enhance curriculum quality and measure program success, all while upholding McCarthy Tétrault’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop national training programs for legal professionals
• Curate and lead lawyer retreats with defined learning objectives
• Collaborate on innovative curriculum design and delivery




• Use various teaching methods for effective knowledge transfer
• Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 5 years in educational program design and delivery
• Prior experience in legal practice or professional services
• Proficient in instructional technologies and adult learning
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Flexible nature with a focus on service orientation
