In this full time position, you will coordinate donations, ensure database accuracy, and contribute to informative reporting processes. Drawing on your strong background in data integrity and experience in similar roles, you will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to enhance operational efficiency and fundraising outcomes. Your proficiency with Raiser's Edge and reporting tools will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the processing of charitable donations, including various payment methods
• Maintain donor database records with accuracy and diligence




• Prepare reports and balance financial information for audits
• Generate compliance-ready tax receipts for donors
• Administer routine tasks, managing communications and documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field
• 2–4 years experience in data or operations roles
• Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and reporting software
• Ability to perform data reconciliation and support operational needs
