Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and variance analysis
• Prepare bank compliance and monthly MD&A; reports
• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on month-end closing
• Review operational results, identifying discrepancies and cost drivers

Requirements:
• CPA designation or in progress
• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance
• Proven experience in manufacturing costing and variances
• Robust analytical skills in variance and P&L; management
• Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and bank reporting
