Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and present new site opportunities to stakeholders
• Manage lease negotiations and execution for all locations
• Supervise lease renewals and suggest capacity strategies




• Collaborate with legal and construction teams for successful transactions
• Maintain property communication and market intelligence

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager
• Proven track record in commercial lease negotiations
• Solid analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
• Excellent communication skills for diverse teams
• Relevant educational qualifications in Real Estate or Business
