Elevate customer satisfaction at AVI-SPL as an In office AV Service Technician. Restore functionality and deliver industry-leading service by troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems.
In this position, you will work directly with the Global Helpdesk to tackle client challenges on-site. Your proficiency with Crestron Programming and DSP systems will be vital in supporting customer installations and ensuring system integrity. Conduct preventative maintenance and uphold health and safety standards while engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance visits to stabilize client systems
• Set up and troubleshoot video codecs and hardware
• Support installation of control programs across multiple platforms
• Train end-users and junior technicians as required
• Execute tasks like cable pulling and projector mounting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of audiovisual experience is preferred
• Completion of relevant electronics education is a plus
• Knowledge of AV signal flow and equipment
• Possess a valid Driver's License with clean history
• Independent project management skills
