The specialist will report to the Manager of Enterprise Risk and support emergency preparedness education across the facility. This role requires effective coordination for training sessions and emergency drills while ensuring compliance with protocols. The successful candidate will also handle day-to-day risk management duties critical to maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate emergency preparedness training programs
• Coordinate annual emergency drill exercises




• Maintain records of training and compliance data
• Advise teams on emergency response planning
• Support the Emergency Preparedness Steering Committee

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field
• 1-3 years of emergency management experience
• Knowledge of hospital emergency response codes
• Familiarity with the Incident Management System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
