In this strategic role, the Associate Director is responsible for the effective management and modernization of the Foundation’s CRM platforms. You will ensure that donor data is accurately governed while driving improvements in fundraising operations through automation and AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and modernize the CRM platform lifecycle
• Define governance for donor and engagement data
• Oversee fundraising payment and transaction processes




• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategic platform initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or equivalent
• 8–10 years in CRM and fundraising platform leadership
• Experience in delivering large CRM implementations
• Familiarity with vendor management and risk assessment
• Knowledge of data governance standards
