Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor Risk & Compliance Specialists daily
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation




• Oversee documentation for regulatory requirements
• Drive the implementation of quality management systems
• Analyze compliance and quality data for trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in municipal compliance operations
• Familiarity with unionized work settings preferred
• Strong background in water/wastewater regulations
• Valid Class G driver’s license.
