Thales is seeking a Ship Maintenance Coordinator for a Hybrid role in Halifax, NS. Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality standards for maintenance activities in this critical position.

As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will support Ship Maintenance Leads and coordinate the work of Technical Support Network (TSN) subcontractors. This role includes administrative organization, quality assurance, and ensuring the protected completion of maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have project management experience and familiarity with military operations or regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project support to the Waterfront Service Delivery Team
• Aid in planning and monitoring service provider activities
• Compile and submit Work Item closure reports




• Verify subcontractor compliance with requirements
• Maintain accurate records for timely reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year technical program diploma or degree
• Experience in military or industrial settings preferred
• Familiarity with the Defense Resource Management Information System
• Knowledge of SAP or comparable management software
• Previous ship-maintenance experience is advantageous
