Join PowerCo as a Procurement Specialist during a critical ramp-up phase in St. Thomas, Ontario. This role combines hybrid work flexibility with key responsibilities in procurement and supplier management.

As we establish North America's largest cell factory, your organizational skills will be essential. This position will temporarily report to the Senior Manager, Procurement, and involves collaboration with international teams. You will handle procurement of goods and services, ensure supplier onboarding, and mentor recent employees throughout the ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle procurement of general goods and services
• Ensure effective supplier onboarding processes
• Facilitate framework contract migrations in systems




• Analyze purchasing strategies for presentation
• Act as a liaison for cross-regional procurement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, or similar
• Minimum 3 years in Purchasing and Contract Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP procurement systems
• Identification of cost-saving measures advocated
