You will support the transition from engineering to manufacturing by ensuring that new products are efficiently introduced. With a focus on process enhancements and troubleshooting, this position is integral to maintaining high-quality standards. A strong foundation in production systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support new product designs through manufacturing integration
• Evaluate current procedures for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct first article inspections and communicate with Engineering
• Assist in Engineering Change Orders and design updates
• Work collaboratively with Production Technicians to solve issues

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Technology
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
• Solid background in mechanical/electrical assembly
• Knowledge of Lean principles and RF communication
• Proficient with MS Office
