Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers in daily tooling and parts production
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and risk controls

Requirements:
• DEC or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in operations
• Proven ability to foster strong management relationships
• Effective decision-making and change management skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of SAP
• Bilingual to navigate technical documentation in English
