As a Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of dump management while ensuring compliance with Geotechnical Standards. This role calls for strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to manage operational challenges. You will work a 4x4 rotating shift schedule, optimizing your work-life balance while driving team success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times
• Direct dump operations for optimal safety and performance
• Monitor and analyze data from operational equipment
• Engage with AHS Central Controllers and Pit Supervisors
• Complete audits for operational safety compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of open pit mining experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Understanding of autonomous haulage systems is beneficial
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
