As a Risk Assessment Specialist, you will evaluate farm, commercial, and residential properties from your home-based office. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, identifying risks, and developing comprehensive reports for underwriting considerations. With a focus on safety and thorough analysis, you will play a critical role in the insurance process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct property inspections regionally
• Analyze hazards and issues during evaluations




• Develop electronic reports with digital imagery
• Maintain thorough inspection documentation
• Provide training sessions for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Solid communication skills; report writing expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience in risk management preferred
• Relevant education or certification in risk management
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
