This full-time role focuses on collaborating with J.D. Irving companies and government entities. Reporting to the Director of Industrial Participation, you’ll develop ITB strategies, identify eligible initiatives, and prepare essential documentation for government submissions. Join a team dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in Canada’s defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the ITB strategy and initiatives
• Identify and cultivate ITB investment opportunities
• Prepare and submit proposals for approval




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and recommend improvements for ITB effectiveness

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
• Experience in the defense industry or ITB framework
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Experience in managing projects across multiple teams
• Eligible for security clearances required for Canadian defense
