This Full time position focuses on delivering physiotherapy in diverse environments, including inpatient and outpatient care. You will be an integral member of the Rehabilitation Services team, directly impacting mobility and independence for patients. Engage in collaborative strategies with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual conditions
• Use clinical expertise for mobility improvement and pain relief




• Communicate educational practices to patients and their families
• Work alongside healthcare partners to facilitate discharge planning
• Keep accurate records in line with regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Ontario driver's license and a dependable vehicle
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Immunization proof with Covid-19 vaccination record
