Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate employment legislation changes
• Conduct compliance risk assessments on business practices
• Provide expert HR compliance guidance to internal teams
• Lead projects in response to legislative and business needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• Over 7 years in HR with a focus on compliance
• Preferred HR certification (CHRP, CHRL, etc.)
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
