You will manage and oversee health and social services programs, reporting directly to the CAO. Use your expertise in wellness policies to create and implement effective strategies that serve the Taku River Tlingit community. Your focus will include financial stewardship, program evaluation, and collaboration with community leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and assess program work plans alongside leads
• Develop effective policies for program operation
• Ensure programs adhere to budget and compliance standards
• Build partnerships with Indigenous and community organizations
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in health, social services, or Indigenous governance
• Management experience within First Nations health frameworks
• Knowledge of Indigenous health legislation and living practices
• Solid leadership and community engagement skills
• Commit to travel and criminal record check requirements
