You will handle immediate crises, provide basic needs, and help with accessing long-term solutions like housing and education. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach in various community areas including encampments
• Build relationships with youth experiencing homelessness
• Provide emergency food and hygiene support




• Use harm reduction strategies for at-risk youth
• Collaborate with local organizations for resources

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant human services field
• 2–3 years experience with homeless youth or similar populations
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Strong empathetic communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with social justice and anti-oppressive frameworks
