Key Responsibilities:
• Process billing transactions for designated policies
• Collect invoices accurately and on time
• Address billing issues with clients and brokers
• Foster effective communication throughout the process
• Maintain a high standard of customer service

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent required
• A Level 1 license or willingness to pursue
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Windows-based systems
• Attentive to detail and motivated
