Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert assistance to members via phone and email
• Meet and exceed retail lending and product goals
• Identify and promote opportunities for relevant product offerings




• Underwrite credit applications following internal guidelines
• Facilitate effective member service resolutions

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a contact center roles with lending focus
• 1-2 years’ familiarity with banking regulations
• Proficiency in retail underwriting processes
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
