Data Entry I (Contract)
Location: 100% Onsite (Multiple Locations Across GTA)
Duration: September 7, 2026 to December 7, 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $19.50/hour + 4% Vacation Pay
Interview Process: 1 Virtual Interview (30 Minutes)
About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Associates to support a high-volume data management project. This role involves reviewing client documentation, validating information, and accurately entering data into internal systems and tracking tools.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working with account applications, client onboarding documents, or financial services documentation.

- UHNW & Central Desk (King & Bay, Toronto)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret source documents, including account applications, client onboarding forms, and supporting documentation.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain client information in internal systems and tracking spreadsheets.
- Validate data by comparing source documents against existing records and project requirements.
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Compile, sort, and verify information before processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain logs and records of completed work, outstanding items, and identified issues.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets while working independently.
- Follow privacy, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with project team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- 1 to 3 years of data entry experience.
- Experience reviewing client account documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with account applications and client onboarding documentation.
- Previous experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, or related industries.
- Understanding of data quality and compliance requirements.
Additional Information
- Approximately 1 hour of meetings per week.
- Interacts primarily with internal stakeholders.
- Will have access to sensitive client information and must maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
