About the Role

Capital Hill Investment Group is seeking a Vice President to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership across investment strategy, portfolio management, business development, and the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Support portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Analyze financial markets, valuations, and investment performance.
- Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Support investor communications, reporting, and presentations.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant financial or investment experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- CFA, CPA, MBA, or related credentials are considered an asset.

Compensation

- Competitive base salary based on experience.




- 10%–25% quarterly performance bonus based on individual and firm performance.
- Opportunity for increased compensation and long-term incentives as the firm grows.
