About the Role

Agency Media is hiring a Video Producer / Content Creator to join our in-house creative team. You'll be responsible for shooting and editing social media video and photo content for a roster of clients, while also assisting our senior video team on larger production projects. This is a growth opportunity as there's room to take on more responsibility, including running client projects end to end. Most days you'll be behind the camera, either in the studio or on location at client sites.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit social media video and photo content for a roster of clients
- Assist the senior video team on larger productions (secondary camera, lighting, sound, pre-production support)
- Edit footage and photos to a client-ready standard
- Camera operation, basic lighting and rigging, audio, on-set direction
- Edit and color grade in DaVinci Resolve
- Travel to client locations as needed using company vehicle
- Primary hours are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Some weeks require a shifted schedule based on client shoots, for example a Thursday from 11:00 to 7:30 or a weekend day. You'll get advance notice, but flexibility is a real part of this role.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of professional video production experience working on client or commercial projects
- Video is the primary skill for this role. Photo is secondary,



but still key since a lot of client work is social content that blends both.
- A solid understanding of what makes content work for social specifically: pacing, hooks, formats, and platform differences (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), not just video production in general
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve
- Able to think creatively and make decisions on the fly in the field. A lot of our client work is run and gun, you need to problem solve and act in the client's best interest without waiting for direction
- Comfortable with basic on-set lighting and rigging. This isn't a role that requires advanced studio lighting setups on your own, just the fundamentals for run-and-gun and social shoots.
- Valid driver's license
- Collaborative, reliable, detail-oriented. You'll represent the agency directly with clients
