• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams
• Utilize Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies

Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred
• Familiarity with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience in Field Service solutions
