This role requires an organized and detail-oriented Investments Administrator who has a minimum of two years' experience in the investment industry. You’ll oversee the entire process of segregated funds and work closely with insurance advisors to ensure quality service and swift resolutions to issues. By being part of a vibrant and collaborative team, you can contribute meaningfully to independent advisors’ growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the processing of segregated funds and GICs accurately
• Take ownership of data quality for assigned investment files




• Follow up with carriers on pending transfers diligently
• Assist advisors with any documentation or information needs
• Resolve issues related to investments with professionalism

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the investment realm
• Relevant designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) are advantageous
• Superior attention to detail and time management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication in English and French
• Knowledge of WealthServ and MS Office programs preferred
