Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children during daily activities
• Maintain accurate records for individual care plans
• Implement best practice policies as approved
• Foster positive relationships with external supports
• Attend relevant training and team meetings

Requirements:
• Youth Care Worker Diploma preferred
• 2 years experience in related areas
• Early Childhood certificate or related qualifications
• Grade 12 plus 3 years in residential care
• Understanding of TCFS protocols
