We are searching for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and personable, creating a smooth flow of communication. Experience in Ford dealerships is favorable, but we’re eager to train candidates eager to excel in customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership
• Assess customer needs and prepare repair documents
• Analyze vehicle history to recommend maintenance services
• Coordinate with service and parts for timely vehicle completion
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Requirements:
• Solid communication skills and customer service focus
• Outgoing personality with proven people skills
• Previous Ford dealership experience considered beneficial
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
