Your role will involve hands-on music instruction for students, leading group lessons and fostering teamwork. You'll facilitate rehearsals, assist with academic responsibilities, and collaborate closely with YONA colleagues to enhance the program's impact. Your leadership will ensure that music becomes a transformative experience for participating youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instrumental music lessons for groups of 20 students
• Lead rehearsals and prepare students for concerts
• Support students with academic work during class
• Collaborate with staff to achieve program objectives
• Champion inclusivity and equity in the classroom

Requirements:
• Advanced training in cello required
• Preferred degree in music performance or education
• Teaching experience with children necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Criminal record check required for vulnerable populations
