As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead efforts to ensure all products meet stringent safety and quality standards. This full-time position involves working closely with Operations and Regulatory teams to promote continuous improvement. Proficiency in food manufacturing quality systems and robust multilingual communication can set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the QA team for optimal performance
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality systems
• Conduct audits and manage customer complaints effectively




• Supervise product release and maintain quality documentation
• Develop and implement quality training programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or similar
• At least 5 years in food manufacturing quality assurance
• In-depth knowledge of FSMA and FDA standards
• Proven leadership experience in conducting audits
