Contribute to debt relief efforts as a Senior Specialist in Debt Solutions with Doane Grant Thornton. You’ll lead client engagements and help address complex financial needs within a supportive community.

In this pivotal role, you will manage debtor files and enhance client relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Your tasks will include conducting client interviews, reviewing documentation, and overseeing compliance with statutory regulations. Additionally, you will help grow our insolvency practice in the community while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of debtor file processes
• Conduct client meetings and initial assessments
• Input and review documentation for accuracy




• Ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
• Build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Experience in insolvency or financial counseling
• College diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
