Become part of Jardeg’s team as a Pipefitter Apprentice at the Cenovus Birch Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role involves participating in key rehabilitation projects and executing various pipe installation tasks. Enjoy a consistent schedule with 9 days on and 5 days off, while receiving a travel allowance of $300 per shift rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints to understand layout requirements
• Cut openings for pipes with power tools as needed
• Determine type and size of pipe and prepare accordingly
• Fabricate piping connections through welding or soldering
• Inspect systems for leaks using appropriate testing methods
Requirements:
• WHMIS and CSTS 2020 certifications
• H2S Alive and confined space training needed
• Aerial work platform (AWP) certification
• Fall protection training required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
