We are seeking an Insolvency Advisor to join the Personal Debt Solutions team. This position emphasizes customer service and strong interpersonal skills, as you assist debtors and creditors through financial proposals and bankruptcies. Training will be provided to ensure you thrive in delivering effective client solutions while flourishing in our people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial consultations with debtors in office
• Assist debtors and creditors via phone and in person
• Prepare files for client signing and document reviews




• Engage in community outreach and business development
• Promote personal debt solutions through social media

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or financial services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team-oriented attitude with independent working ability
