In this enriching role, you will design and facilitate workout programs tailored to the cognitive and physical needs of seniors. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and supervision of students are key components, as well as leading engaging educational sessions. Your position will directly enhance the quality of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized exercise programs
• Work with therapists to meet residents’ health goals
• Lead and supervise Kinesiology student placements




• Provide training on secure body mechanics and transfers
• Conduct required transfer assessments for residents

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology with a psychomotor behavior focus
• Experience in senior care or with cognitive disabilities
• Preferred registration with the College of Kinesiologists
• Understanding of related policies and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
